Thank you for visiting. Our application fee is $40.00 per adult, and it is non-refundable. The fee covers processing and credit report costs. Payment is required upon receipt of your application. Please mail a check, money order, or cashiers to HMP and Associates. Our address is located on the application. Be advised that your application will not be processed until payment is received.
All sections of the rental application must be complete. Failure to do so will delay processing. Phone numbers for present/past landlord, employer and personal references are required. If you are self-employed, please provide us with verification of income (bank statements, pay/commission stubs, etc). Your cooperation in providing the required information will help us to get back to you in a timely manner.
